How To: SKU Selection

SKU selection explains what ACO will run, how members elect retailer queues, and when max quantity plus ACO fees apply.

Our Product Standard

  • We do not run brick products unless staff announces a specific exception.
  • We focus on products with healthy resale demand or strong collector demand.
  • This protects members from being locked into low-demand inventory that cannot reasonably cover ACO fees.

What Is A Brick Product?

A brick product is likely to sit in your collection because resale demand is too weak to recoup ACO fees. Modern examples include most products from the Perfect Order and Chaos Rising product lines. There are other brick products, but those are the most prominent examples from the modern Mega Evolution era.

Pokemon Center SKU Selection

  • Pokemon Center SKUs are usually unavailable until the drop is live or near launch.
  • Because of that timing, we do not offer Pokemon Center SKU customization.
  • If your Pokemon Center profile is run, it completes checkout once per profile on eligible Pokemon Center products staff decides to run.
  • Pokemon Center is not looped on a single profile.
  • Pokemon Center only effectively loops when you use additional profiles with alternative payment methods and separately jigged addresses.
  • You are responsible for the associated fees on eligible checkouts.
  • Orders cancelled by you are still subject to fees under DropNotify ACO rules.

Target SKU Selection

  • Target selections are saved through SKU Queue elections.
  • Current Target buckets live in the ACO SKU Lists.
  • Choose Target Run All, Target Run Sets, Target Run Items, Target Run Other TCG, or Remove Target.
  • Your saved election assigns the matching queue role to your user profile.
  • The saved election runs every week until you change it.
  • Changes are only used for the current week if saved by Sunday at 12:00 PM CT.
  • The selected category is run for max quantity on every item in that group when conditions allow.
  • Looping is controlled by what you selected on your ACO form.

Walmart SKU Selection

  • Walmart is open to all members.
  • Members may submit up to 5 Walmart profiles.
  • Walmart uses the account/profile details you submit, including Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
  • Staff will post drop-specific Walmart run instructions when needed.

Amazon SKU Selection

  • Amazon has no scheduled restocks, so Amazon can run 24/7 once the account is loaded.
  • Current Amazon run lists and max prices live in the ACO SKU Lists.
  • Amazon selections are saved through SKU Queue elections.
  • Choose Amazon Run All, Amazon Run Pokemon, Amazon Run Other TCG, or Remove Amazon.
  • Your saved election assigns the matching queue role to your user profile.
  • The saved election runs every week until you change it.
  • Changes are only used for the current week if saved by Sunday at 12:00 PM CT.
  • There is no one-checkout mode to disable looping.
  • If your Amazon account checks out for one item, staff pauses the account. When restarted, it can be eligible to loop for that checkout, though it is unlikely.

Sam’s Club SKU Selection

  • For Sam’s Club, staff targets the item with the healthiest stock for drop stability.
  • Multi-carting on Sam’s Club is not realistic with botting, so multi-item drops are handled by choosing one item and running that item for everyone.
  • Sam’s Club inclusion is handled by staff and drop-specific instructions rather than member-selected SKU buckets.
  • Sam’s Club profile forms still follow the weekly Sunday cutoff.
