DropNotify ACO Server Rules
Access to this server is limited to active DropNotify Trainer+ members. Please read and follow all rules before submitting profiles or asking for support.
1. Active Trainer+ Membership Required
You may remain in this server only while your DropNotify Trainer+ membership is active. If your membership lapses, you may be removed and your submitted profile data may be wiped. A 48-hour grace period is allowed for payment issues.
2. Keep ACO Discussion Here
Do not discuss ACO in the main DropNotify server. This server is separate as an added layer of protection for the service and its members.
3. Read Resources First
Review the wiki resources and guides before asking questions. Most setup, submission, dashboard, and payment questions are already answered there.
4. Follow Guidelines and Deadlines
All forms, profile changes, removals, and SKU queue elections must be submitted by Sunday at 12:00 PM CT. Late, incomplete, or incorrect submissions may not be run for the current week.
5. Payment Declines
Repeated payment declines may result in your profile being removed from ACO.
6. PAS Fees and Payment Terms
PAS fees are handled through Stripe invoices on the member dashboard PAS page. Stripe invoices cannot be created until there is at least $25 owed on the account. PayPal and Zelle are no longer accepted for PAS fees.
7. PAS Fee Responsibility
If a retailer cancels an order, PAS fees will not apply to that order. If you receive a successful checkout, or personally cancel an order after checkout, you are still responsible for the PAS fees.
8. Unpaid PAS Fees
Unpaid PAS fees may result in your profile being removed from ACO.
9. Profile Removal Requests
If you want your profile removed, stage the deletion from the dashboard or open a ticket if the removal is urgent. Normal removals apply to the next run week.
10. Keep General Chat Clean
No arguing, spamming, harassment, drama, or other disruptive behavior in general chat.
11. No Promotion or Prohibited Content
No promotion, NSFW content, or otherwise inappropriate activity is allowed.Last modified on August 11, 2026
