ACO Information

ACO means Automated Checkout. DropNotify ACO lets our checkout setup run submitted member profiles during supported online retail drops. ACO does not guarantee checkouts. Retailers can change queues, limits, checkout flows, anti-bot systems, cancellation rules, and account behavior at any time. Those changes can affect success on any drop.

What ACO Runs

Current supported retailers:
  • Pokemon Center
  • Target
  • Walmart
  • Amazon
  • Sam’s Club
Costco is currently closed unless staff announces otherwise.

What A Profile Means

A profile is one unique run slot in ACO. For account-based retailers, one profile should map to one unique retailer account. For Target, each profile maps to one unique Target setup in our account pool with its own submitted shipping and billing details. Submit one form per profile. If you want multiple profiles for the same retailer, each profile needs its own clean form submission and its own unique profile label.

Configuration

ACO runs profiles according to the retailer, profile details, SKU election, drop plan, and staff run decisions for that week. Members do not configure individual bot settings beyond the choices available in the forms, SKU elections, or staff-posted opt-ins. When a profile is included for a run, we generally run for the maximum quantity allowed when the retailer, item, product limit, and drop conditions support it. Staff may skip low-demand products or adjust run behavior when market conditions, bot stability, or retailer restrictions make that the better call. Amazon is the main exception to scheduled runs. Once an Amazon profile is loaded, it can run continuously because Amazon restocks are not tied to a normal drop schedule.

Dashboard Responsibilities

The member dashboard handles the operational pieces that used to require more Discord back-and-forth:
  • View submitted profiles and profile details.
  • Submit new profile forms from the dashboard.
  • Stage or cancel profile deletion requests.
  • Save weekly SKU elections.
  • View items shipping and carrier tracking.
  • View transaction history and total spend.
  • Pay PAS fees through Stripe invoices.
  • Estimate PAS fees before paying.
  • Report checkout disputes.
Read Member Dashboard for the full breakdown.

PAS Fees

PAS means Pay After Success. PAS is billed after a successful checkout according to the fee rules in Pay PAS Fees. PAS payments are handled through Stripe invoices on the website, not collected through Discord tickets, PayPal, or Zelle. Use the dashboard PAS page to review Pending, Due, and Paid items, issue an invoice once the available balance reaches $25, and open Stripe’s hosted invoice page.

Good Expectations

  • Read the deadlines before submitting or changing anything.
  • Submit one form per profile.
  • Use the correct retailer form.
  • Keep each profile unique and clearly labeled.
  • Every form requires your Discord ID. Use /profile_setup in Discord to find this ID.
  • Enable IMAP where required, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Amazon.
  • For Amazon, set default payment, shipping, and billing details inside the Amazon account before submitting.
  • Watch ACO news and updates for drop-specific instructions.
  • Open a ticket only when the dashboard or wiki does not answer the issue.
