Profile Submission Form
Use the correct form for each ACO retailer profile. Submit a separate form for every profile you want run. A profile is one unique run slot. For account-based retailers, that means one unique retailer account per profile. For Target, each profile is one unique submitted setup in our Target account pool.Weekly Cutoff
All profile forms, profile changes, and profile removal requests are due every Sunday at 12:00 PM CT. Anything submitted after the cutoff is not run for the current week. The dashboard shows the next cutoff in your local browser time.Choose The Correct Form
- Pokemon Center / PKC: open to all members, up to 3 profiles. Each profile requires a unique email address, unique payment method, and separate address jig.
- Target: open to all members, up to 3 profiles. Each Target profile needs different shipping and billing information.
- Walmart: open to all members, up to 5 profiles. Walmart requires Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
- Sam’s Club: limited to 1 profile.
- Amazon: uses the Amazon form. IMAP is required and Amazon runs 24/7 once loaded.
- Closed retailers: Costco.
- Do not submit a retailer on the wrong form. Incorrect forms may prevent your profile from being loaded.
Before You Submit
- Read every question before entering your information.
- Use one form per profile.
- Every form requires your Discord ID. Use
/profile_setupin Discord to find this ID. - Use a unique account for each account-based retailer profile.
- Use the profile label format shown in the form: DiscordName-Retailer-ProfileNumber.
- Do not include spaces in the profile label.
- Choose whether the profile should stop after one successful checkout or allow multiple successful checkouts.
- Walmart profiles require Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
- Sam’s Club profiles require Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
- Amazon profiles require Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
- Amazon uses the default payment, shipping, and billing settings on your Amazon account.

Payment Details
- Enter the card number with numbers only. Do not use spaces or dashes.
- Select the correct card type.
- Enter the expiration month as 2 digits. Example: 01.
- Enter the expiration year as 4 digits. Example: 2028.
- Enter the CVV exactly as shown on the card.
- Only hard cards are accepted. Do not submit VCCs or AMEX employee cards.
- For Amazon, make sure the default payment method is the billing method you want ACO to use.
Shipping & Billing Details
- Enter your full shipping name, phone number, street address, city, state abbreviation, ZIP/postal code, and 2-letter country code.
- Phone numbers should be numbers only.
- If billing is the same as shipping, select Yes and leave the billing-only fields blank.
- If billing is different, fill out every billing field that applies.
- For Amazon, make sure your Amazon account default shipping and billing addresses are correct before submitting.
- Double-check spelling, numbers, state abbreviations, ZIP/postal code, and country code before submitting.

Security
- Payment information is not stored on personal PCs.
- Payment information never leaves our dedicated private server.
- We do not use a rented server, so server access cannot be provided by a third-party host.
- Our private server is secured for ACO operations, and access will not be granted to anyone outside the authorized team now or in the future.
- Data is loaded into the bot and removed from the server in a safe manner.
- Do not post passwords, card details, app passwords, or login codes in Discord.
