Choose The Correct Form

• Pokemon Center / PKC: available to all members with current ACO access, up to 3 profiles. Each profile requires a unique email address, unique payment method, and unique phone number. Address jigging is optional, but recommended to reduce duplicate-order risk. Pokemon Center ACO can checkout as a guest using the email submitted for that profile. Apple Card is not accepted for Pokemon Center ACO; this restriction applies only to Pokemon Center / PKC.
• Target: available to all members with current ACO access, up to 3 profiles. Each Target profile needs different shipping and billing information.
• Walmart: available to all members with current ACO access, up to 5 profiles. Walmart requires Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• Sam’s Club: limited to 1 profile.
• Amazon: uses the Amazon form. IMAP is required and Amazon runs 24/7 once loaded.
• General ACO: a catch-all guest-checkout form for Ace Hardware, Books-A-Million, Macy’s, Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and Menards. There is no SKU selection for this form.
• Crunchyroll: requires an eligible Crunchyroll membership and a physical payment card. Use the Crunchyroll account tied to the profile.
• Bandai: requires a personal Bandai account, valid login details, and email verification access. Select the game you want to run when the form asks.
• Closed retailers: Costco.
• Do not submit a retailer on the wrong form. Incorrect forms may prevent your profile from being loaded.

Before You Submit

• Read every question before entering your information.
• Use one form per profile.
• Every form requires your Discord ID. Use /profile_setup in Discord to find this ID.
• Use a unique account for each account-based retailer profile.
• Use the profile label format shown in the form: DiscordName-Retailer-ProfileNumber.
• Do not include spaces in the profile label.
• PKC address jigging is optional. If you submit unjigged shipping or billing information, you accept the risk that duplicate profile information may cause a later Pokemon Center cancellation. If ACO successfully checked out first, the applicable PAS fee still applies.
• For retailers that offer the choice, select whether the profile should stop after one successful checkout or allow multiple successful checkouts. Target profiles are always looped.
• Walmart profiles require Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• Sam’s Club profiles require Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• Amazon profiles require Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• Amazon uses the default payment, shipping, and billing settings on your Amazon account.
• General ACO profile names must use DiscordName-General-1, DiscordName-General-2, or DiscordName-General-3.
• Crunchyroll profile names must use DiscordName-Crunchyroll-1, DiscordName-Crunchyroll-2, or DiscordName-Crunchyroll-3.
• Bandai profile names must use DiscordName-Bandai-1, DiscordName-Bandai-2, or DiscordName-Bandai-3.
• Crunchyroll requires Ultimate Fan membership for preorder drops and Mega Fan membership for non-preorder drops. Fan accounts are not accepted.
• Bandai’s game selection controls which game group the profile can run. There is no individual SKU selection.

Forms With Two Email Fields

• Email Address 1 is your contact email. If you choose to receive a copy of your completed form, Google Forms sends the copy to this address.
• Email Address 2 is the email used for checkout. On account-based retailer forms, this may be labeled as the retailer login email.

Payment Details

• Enter the card number with numbers only. Do not use spaces or dashes.
• Select the correct card type.
• Pokemon Center does not require the card type field to be correct. The card number, payment method, and other payment details still need to be valid.
• Select the expiration month from the dropdown menu. Do not type digits manually.
• Select the expiration year from the dropdown menu. Do not type digits manually.
• Enter the CVV exactly as shown on the card.
• Only hard cards are accepted. Do not submit VCCs or AMEX employee cards.
• Do not submit an Apple Card for Pokemon Center / PKC profiles. This restriction applies only to Pokemon Center / PKC; Apple Card can be used for other supported retailers when their normal payment requirements allow it.
• For Amazon, make sure the default payment method is the billing method you want ACO to use.

Shipping & Billing Details

• Enter the shipping name, street address, city, state selection, and ZIP/postal code requested by the form.
• If a form asks for a phone number, enter numbers only. Remove the phone number from the Amazon account entirely; the Amazon profile form does not require a separate phone number.
• If billing is the same as shipping, select Yes and leave the billing-only fields blank.
• If billing is different, fill out every billing field that applies.
• For Amazon, make sure your Amazon account default shipping and billing addresses are correct before submitting.
• Double-check spelling, numbers, state selection, and ZIP/postal code before submitting.

Security

• Payment information is not stored on personal PCs.
• Payment information never leaves our dedicated private server.
• We do not use a rented server, so server access cannot be provided by a third-party host.
• Our private server is secured for ACO operations, and access will not be granted to anyone outside the authorized team now or in the future.
• Data is loaded into the bot and removed from the server in a safe manner.
• Do not post passwords, card details, app passwords, or login codes in Discord.
