How To Fill Out ACO Forms

This guide explains every open form type and the fields you will see when submitting ACO profiles. The goal is simple: submit clean forms the first time so your profile can be loaded without avoidable errors.

Forms Covered

• Pokemon Center Form - Pokemon Center / PKC profiles.
• Target Form - Target profiles. Open to all members with up to 3 profiles.
• Walmart Form - Walmart profiles. Open to all members with up to 5 profiles. Requires Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• Sam’s Club Form - Sam’s Club profiles.
• Amazon Form - Amazon profiles using your personal or business Amazon account.
• Closed retailers - Costco is not accepting forms right now.

Current Profile Limits

• Pokemon Center: up to 3 profiles per member.
• Target: up to 3 profiles per member.
• Walmart: up to 5 profiles per member.
• Sam’s Club: 1 profile per member.
• Amazon: use one clean account per submitted Amazon profile.
• Every profile you want run needs its own form submission.
• Every form requires your Discord ID. Use /profile_setup in Discord to find this ID.

Golden Rule

Submit one form for each retailer profile you want run. A profile is one unique ACO run slot. For account-based retailers, that means one unique account per profile. Example: if you want 3 Pokemon Center profiles, 3 Target profiles, 5 Walmart profiles, 1 Sam’s Club profile, and 1 Amazon profile, submit 13 total Google Forms.

Weekly Cutoff

All profile forms, profile changes, profile removals, and SKU elections are due every Sunday at 12:00 PM CT. Anything submitted after the cutoff is not run for the current week.

Choose The Correct Form

Using the wrong Google Form can prevent your profile from being loaded. Start by matching the retailer to the correct form.

​

Pokemon Center Form

• Use for Pokemon Center / PKC profiles only.
• You may submit up to 3 Pokemon Center profiles.
• Submit one Pokemon Center Google Form for each Pokemon Center profile you want run.
• Each Pokemon Center profile needs a unique email address, payment method, and separate address jig.
• You may use the same base address for all 3 Pokemon Center profiles, but each profile must use a different jig. Example: 123aaa Main Street, 123bbb Main Street, and 123ccc Main Street.
• Pokemon Center is not looped on a single profile. It completes checkout once per profile.
• Pokemon Center only effectively loops when you use additional profiles with alternative payment methods and separately jigged addresses.
• Pokemon Center address jigging is your responsibility. Read Address Jigging for the format and examples.
• Do not use the Pokemon Center form for Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Amazon, or any closed retailer.

Target Form

• Use for Target profiles only.
• All members may submit up to 3 Target profiles.
• Submit one Target Google Form for each Target profile you want run.
• Each Target profile must use a completely different shipping address and billing information.
• Target uses our accounts; we forward shipping information for records.
• Target must use your exact addresses with no jigging.
• Do not manually run the same Target address while it is submitted for ACO.
• Target tracking numbers are sent by DM after they are available.

Walmart Form

• Use for Walmart profiles only.
• Walmart is open to all members.
• You may submit up to 5 Walmart profiles.
• Personal Walmart accounts are accepted.
• Walmart does not run on our accounts.
• Walmart profiles require Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• Submit one Walmart Google Form for each Walmart account/profile you want run.

Sam’s Club Form

• Use for Sam’s Club profiles only.
• You may submit 1 Sam’s Club profile.
• Submit one Sam’s Club Google Form for the Sam’s Club profile you want run.
• Sam’s Club profiles require your Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• IMAP Access lets the bot retrieve login or verification codes from the inbox tied to the Sam’s Club account.

Amazon Form

• Use for Amazon profiles only.
• Use your personal Amazon account. Amazon Business accounts are accepted.
• IMAP access is required for the email account tied to the Amazon account.
• Amazon uses the default payment method, default shipping address, and default billing address saved on your Amazon account.
• Prime is recommended so you avoid shipping charges on every order and can receive Prime-only pricing.
• Use a different Amazon account and billing method than your main setup when possible; bot activity can trigger soft bans or billing-method cooldowns.
• Do not jig your address on Amazon.
• Looping checkouts cannot be disabled for Amazon. Amazon runs 24/7 because there are no scheduled restocks.
• After a checkout, staff pauses the account. When restarted, it can be eligible to loop that checkout, though it is unlikely.

Closed Retailers

• Costco is currently closed.
• Do not submit forms for closed retailers unless staff announces that they have reopened.
• Ignore closed-retailer links from old posts or screenshots.

​

Common Mistakes

• Do not submit Target on the Pokemon Center form.
• Do not submit Pokemon Center on the Target form.
• Do not submit Walmart on another retailer’s form.
• Do not submit Sam’s Club on the Pokemon Center, Target, or Walmart form.
• Do not submit Amazon on the Pokemon Center, Target, Walmart, or Sam’s Club form.
• Do not submit Costco while that retailer is closed.
• Do not expect one-checkout mode to disable Amazon looping.
• Do not combine multiple profiles into one form.
• Do not reuse the same profile label for different profiles.

Email & Account Details

These fields identify the email, account contact, and profile ownership details needed for the currently open forms.

​

Email Address

• Enter the email address tied to the profile or account you are submitting.
• Each Pokemon Center profile needs a unique email address, payment method, and separate address jig.
• Account-based retailers should use the email tied to that specific account.
• Double-check spelling. A typo can make login codes, account records, and support matching harder.

Account Details

• Fill out account-related fields only when the selected Google Form asks for them.
• Target profiles do not use your personal Target account.
• Walmart profiles use the Walmart account you submit; personal Walmart accounts are accepted.
• Walmart profiles require account login, account password, and IMAP access for the email tied to the Walmart account.
• Sam’s Club profiles require the account login and account password for the Sam’s Club account tied to that profile.
• Amazon profiles use your personal Amazon account or Amazon Business account.
• Amazon account defaults matter: payment method, shipping address, and billing address are pulled from the defaults saved in Amazon.
• Do not put passwords, card details, app passwords, or login codes in Discord.
• If you are unsure which email or account detail belongs on the form, open a ticket before submitting.

IMAP Access

• Required for Sam’s Club and Amazon profiles.
• Enter the app password or IMAP access value from the email account connected to the retailer account.
• Do not enter your normal email password unless the form specifically asks for the account password field.

Retailer, Profile Label & Checkout Limit

These fields tell us what retailer the profile belongs to, how it should be named, and when the bot should stop running it.

​

Retailer / Form Selection

• Pokemon Center / PKC profiles go on the Pokemon Center Form.
• Target profiles go on the Target Form.
• Walmart profiles go on the Walmart Form.
• Sam’s Club profiles go on the Sam’s Club Form.
• Amazon profiles go on the Amazon Form and run 24/7 once loaded.
• Costco is closed and should not be selected or submitted right now.
• If a Google Form asks you to confirm the retailer, select the retailer for this one profile only.

​

Profile Label

• Required on every form.
• Format: DiscordName-Retailer-ProfileNumber.
• Do not include spaces.
• This label is how staff and the bot identify the profile in logs, checkouts, support tickets, and account records.

Clean examples:

• JohnDoe-Target-1

Successful Checkout Limit

• Required on every form.
• One checkout only means the profile should stop after one successful checkout.
• Multiple checkouts allowed means the profile can continue running after a successful checkout when the retailer, product limit, and drop conditions allow it.
• Choose the option you are comfortable with before submitting. This setting controls how aggressively the profile is allowed to keep going after a hit.
• Amazon is the exception: looping checkouts cannot be disabled because Amazon runs continuously.

Payment Details

Payment fields are used for checkout when the form asks for direct payment details. Enter them exactly and use a supported hard card.

​

Name On Card

• Enter the cardholder name exactly as it appears on the card or banking profile.
• This is used with the payment method during checkout.

​

Card Type

• Choose the actual network printed on the card, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or JCB.

​

Credit Card Number

• Enter numbers only.
• Do not include spaces or dashes.
• Example format: 4242424242424242

​

Expiration Month

• Enter 2 digits.
• Example: 01 for January, 09 for September, 12 for December.

​

Expiration Year

• Enter 4 digits.
• Example: 2028.
• Use cards with at least 1 year before expiration when possible so the profile does not need frequent payment changes.

​

CVV

• Enter the card security code exactly as shown on the card.
• Do not add spaces.

​

Payment Rules

• Hard cards only.
• Do not submit VCCs.
• Do not submit AMEX employee cards.
• Pokemon Center profiles each need their own payment method and separate address jig, even if they share the same base shipping address.
• Amazon uses the default payment method saved on the Amazon account.
• For Amazon, we recommend using a different billing method than your main Amazon account because billing methods can receive cooldown periods after bot activity.
• Repeated card declines can get a profile removed.

Shipping Details

Shipping fields tell the retailer where to send successful orders. Enter the final delivery details you want ACO to use.

​

Shipping Full Name

• Enter the recipient name for delivery.
• Use the name you want associated with the shipment.

​

Shipping Phone Number

• Enter numbers only.
• Example: 7738675309.
• This is used for retailer checkout and delivery contact information.

​

Shipping Street Address

• Enter the main street address.
• Example: 123 Main St.
• You are responsible for any submitted address jigging unless the retailer requires exact addresses.
• Jig an address by adding short letters after the street number, before the street name. Example: 123 Main Street becomes 123abc Main Street.
• Common jig strings include aaa, bbb, ccc, abc, and def.
• Use /profile_setup in Discord if you need help generating jigged addresses.
• For Target, submit your exact address only. Target addresses should not be jigged.

Shipping Apt / Unit / Suite

• Use this for apartment, unit, suite, floor, or building details.
• Leave it blank if it does not apply.

​

Shipping ZIP / Postal Code

• Enter the ZIP or postal code for the shipping address.
• Double-check every digit.

​

Shipping City, State & Country

• City is required.
• State is required and should be the abbreviation. Example: IL, TX, CA.
• Country is required and should be the 2-letter country code. Example: US.

​

Retailer Address Notes

• Pokemon Center address jigging is your responsibility. You can use the same base address across Pokemon Center profiles, but each profile must have a separate jig. Read Address Jigging for the format and examples.
• Target profiles must use exact addresses with no jigging.
• Each Target profile must use a completely different shipping address and billing information.
• Please do not manually run the same Target address while it is submitted for ACO.
• Walmart uses the account and address details on the account/profile you submit.
• Amazon uses the default shipping address saved on the Amazon account. Do not jig that address.

Billing Details

Billing fields help the retailer verify the card. Only fill billing fields when billing is different from shipping.

​

Is Billing The Same As Shipping?

• Select Yes if the card billing address matches the shipping address.
• Select No if the card billing address is different from the shipping address.

​

If You Select Yes

• Leave the billing-only fields blank.
• The shipping details will be treated as the billing details.
• If the form skips billing-only fields, that is expected.

​

If You Select No

Fill out every billing field that applies:

• Billing Full Name - name tied to the card billing profile.
• Billing Phone Number - phone number tied to billing, if different.
• Billing Street Address - main billing street address.
• Billing Apt / Unit / Suite - apartment, unit, suite, floor, or building if needed.
• Billing ZIP / Postal Code - ZIP or postal code tied to billing.
• Billing City - billing city.
• Billing State - billing state. Use the abbreviation when applicable.
• Billing Country - 2-letter country code. Example: US.

Common Billing Mistakes

• Do not fill billing fields with random duplicates if billing matches shipping.
• Do not leave billing blank if the card bills somewhere else.
• Do not mix shipping ZIP with a different billing street address.
• Do not reuse the same billing information across multiple Target profiles.
• Amazon uses the default billing address saved on the Amazon account.
• Card declines, review holds, and cancellations can happen when billing details do not match the card.

Final Review & Security

Before submitting, slow down and verify the profile. Most avoidable issues come from small typos or the wrong form.

Final Review Checklist

• Correct Google Form selected for Pokemon Center, Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club, or Amazon.
• Discord ID is included on every form. Use /profile_setup if you need to find it.
• Profile count stays within the current limit for that retailer.
• Walmart submissions stay within the 5-profile limit.
• Walmart submissions include Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• Each account-based profile uses one unique account.
• Each Target profile has a completely different shipping address and billing information.
• Sam’s Club submissions include Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• Amazon submissions include Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• Amazon account defaults are set correctly for payment, shipping, and billing.
• Amazon address is not jigged.
• No closed retailer submitted.
• One form submitted per profile.
• Profile label follows DiscordName-Retailer-ProfileNumber.
• Profile label has no spaces.
• Card number uses numbers only.
• Expiration month is 2 digits.
• Expiration year is 4 digits.
• Shipping phone number uses numbers only.
• State fields use abbreviations when applicable.
• Country fields use 2-letter country codes.
• Billing fields are only filled when billing is different from shipping.
• Submission is completed before Sunday at 12:00 PM CT if you want it considered for the current week.

Security

• Payment information is not stored on personal PCs.
• Payment information never leaves our dedicated private server.
• We do not use a rented server, so server access cannot be provided by a third-party host.
• Our private server is secured for ACO operations, and access will not be granted to anyone outside the authorized team now or in the future.
• Data is loaded into the bot and removed from the server in a safe manner.
• Do not post passwords, card details, app passwords, or login codes in Discord.
• Only submit sensitive information through the correct Google Form.
