What does ACO mean?
ACO means Automated Checkout. DropNotify ACO lets our checkout setup run submitted member profiles during supported online retail drops. Read ACO Information.Does ACO guarantee checkouts?
No. ACO does not guarantee checkouts. Retailers can change queues, limits, checkout flows, anti-bot systems, cancellation rules, and account behavior at any time. Can my friend join ACO?
No. DropNotify ACO is currently in a closed beta and is not open to the public. Members cannot invite or refer friends into the beta. Current access is limited to members who have been explicitly admitted by staff.Who will be eligible after the beta?
Once ACO is fully open and out of beta, it will remain exclusive to Trainer+ members, and all Trainer+ members will be eligible. Trainer+ membership does not automatically grant access during the current closed beta. Read ACO Information.Which retailers are supported?
The current supported retailers are Pokemon Center, Target, Walmart, Amazon, and Sam’s Club. Costco is closed unless staff announces otherwise. Read Retailer Requirements.Deadlines
When are forms, profile changes, removals, and SKU elections due?
All profile forms, profile changes, profile removal requests, and SKU queue elections are due every Sunday at 12:00 PM CT. Anything submitted after the cutoff is not run for the current week. Read Deadlines. What happens if I submit after the Sunday cutoff?
Late submissions are saved for a future run week. Do not assume a late form, removal, profile change, or SKU election will be included in the current week’s setup.Do I have to resubmit my form every week?
No. You only need to resubmit a form if you deleted your existing profile/form or if a discrepancy caused a failed checkout and the profile needs to be corrected. Delete the old profile/form before submitting a replacement.Profiles And Forms
What is a profile?
A profile is one unique ACO run slot. For account-based retailers, each profile should be one unique retailer account. For Target, each profile is one unique submitted setup in the Target account pool. Read Profile Rules. What does importing a profile mean?
Importing means staff has pulled the accepted profile from Google Sheets, created the bot-ready profile, applied the member’s SKU elections for supported retailers, and loaded it for the weekly run. Staff manually marks the weekly import complete after this process is finished. What do the profile import statuses mean?
- Active in Current Weekly Import: the profile is marked Imported and is ready for the current weekly run.
- Queued for Next Weekly Import: the profile is marked Not Imported, New, or Pending and is not active in the current weekly import.
- Current Weekly Import Complete: staff has marked the current week’s profiles as imported.
- Next Weekly Import Pending: staff has not yet marked the weekly import complete.
Why does my profile form have two email fields?
On forms with two email fields, Email Address 1 is your contact email and receives a Google Forms response copy if requested. Email Address 2 is the email used for checkout or the retailer account login. The addresses may be the same, but each field has a different purpose.Does every form need my Discord ID?
Yes. Every form requires your Discord ID. Use/profile_setup in Discord to find this ID.
How many profiles can I submit?
- Pokemon Center: up to 3 profiles per member. Each requires a unique email address, unique payment method, and separate address jig.
- Target: up to 3 profiles per member.
- Walmart: up to 5 profiles per member.
- Sam’s Club: 1 profile per member.
- Amazon: use one clean account per submitted Amazon profile.
Do Pokemon Center profiles need different addresses?
You can use the same base address for all 3 Pokemon Center profiles, but each profile must have a separate address jig. For example, one profile can use 123aaa Main Street, another can use 123bbb Main Street, and another can use 123ccc Main Street. Is Pokemon Center looped?
No. Pokemon Center is not looped on a single profile. It completes checkout once per profile. It only effectively loops if you use additional profiles with alternative payment methods and separately jigged addresses. What does Walmart require?
Walmart is available to all members with current ACO access, with up to 5 profiles per member. Walmart requires Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access. Walmart uses the account/profile details you submit. Can I use Outlook or Hotmail for IMAP?
No. Outlook and Hotmail are no longer supported for IMAP in the botflow. Use a supported provider listed in IMAP Setup. How do I jig an address?
Add short letters immediately after the street number and before the street name. For example, 123 Main Street can become 123abc Main Street. Common strings include aaa, bbb, ccc, abc, and def. Use/profile_setup if you need help generating a jigged address. Read Address Jigging.
