What The Dashboard Handles

Section	What It Is For
My Profiles	View profile status, open profile details, submit new profiles, stage deletions, or cancel staged deletions.
My SKU Elections	Save Target and Amazon run-group elections before the weekly cutoff.
Items Shipping	View checkouts with tracking numbers, carrier links, received dates, and delivery status.
Transactions	Review checkout history, status, price paid, quantity, total before tax, and total spend.
PAS	Review Pending, Due, and Paid PAS items, issue Stripe invoices when the available balance reaches $25, open hosted invoices, and view invoice history.
PAS Estimator	Estimate PAS using 20% of spread, capped at item cost.
Checkout Disputes	Report incorrect quantities, retailer-cancelled orders, or checkout issues that need review.

Where To Check Common Questions

ACO fees: use the PAS page to review Pending, Due, and Paid PAS items, issue Stripe invoices when your available balance reaches $25, open hosted invoices, and view invoice history.
Bot hits and order costs: use Items Shipping for tracking and delivery details, and Transactions for checkout history, status, price paid, quantity, total before tax, and total spend.
Emails or details used on profiles: use My Profiles and open the profile details.
SKU elections: use My SKU Elections to review or change Target and Amazon run-group elections before the weekly cutoff.

Profile Import Status

Submitting a profile does not immediately place it in the current weekly run. Staff manually imports accepted, bot-ready profiles for the weekly run and marks the weekly import complete after the process is finished. Profile statuses:

Imported for Current Weekly Run: the profile is marked Imported and is ready for the current weekly run. This does not mean it has already checked out or is currently processing an item.
Queued for Next Weekly Run: the profile is marked Not Imported, New, or Pending and has not been included in the current weekly import.

Weekly import statuses:

Current Weekly Import Complete: staff has marked the current week’s profiles as imported.
Next Weekly Import Pending: staff has not yet marked the weekly import complete.

Weekly Cutoff

Profile changes, profile removals, and SKU elections are due every Sunday at 12:00 AM CT (midnight as Saturday ends). Changes submitted after the cutoff are not used for the current week’s run.

Tracking

Target tracking numbers are sent by DM. When tracking is matched to your checkout, it can also appear under Items Shipping.

When To Use Discord

Use Discord tickets for private support, urgent removals, account issues, fee questions, or anything the dashboard cannot complete.
