Retailer Requirements

​

Pokemon Center

• Available to all members with current ACO access.
• Up to 3 profiles per member.
• Each profile needs its own form.
• Each Pokemon Center profile requires a unique email address.
• Each Pokemon Center profile requires a unique payment method.
• Apple Card is not accepted for Pokemon Center ACO. Use a different supported payment method for Pokemon Center profiles. This restriction applies only to Pokemon Center / PKC; Apple Card can be used for other supported retailers when their normal payment requirements allow it.
• Address jigging is optional on Pokemon Center forms, but recommended to reduce duplicate-order risk.
• You may use the same base address without a jig, but Pokemon Center may use email, billing address, payment method, shipping address, and phone number to identify duplicate orders.
• If ACO successfully checks out and Pokemon Center later cancels the order because duplicate billing or profile information was used, the applicable PAS fee still applies.
• If you choose to jig the address, you may use the same base address with separate variations such as 123aaa Main Street, 123bbb Main Street, and 123ccc Main Street.
• Pokemon Center does not require the card type field to be correct. The card number, payment method, and other payment details still need to be valid.
• Pokemon Center ACO can checkout as a guest using the email submitted for that profile.
• Pokemon Center is not looped on a single profile. It completes checkout once per profile.
• Additional profiles may use alternative payment methods and optional address jigs to reduce duplicate-order risk.
• Read Address Jigging if you choose to use address jigs.
• ACO may run eligible Pokemon Center products selected by staff once per profile.

Target

• Available to all members with current ACO access.
• Up to 3 profiles per member.
• Personal Target accounts are not accepted for ACO.
• Target runs on our account pool; member shipping details are forwarded for records.
• Each Target profile must use a completely different shipping address and billing information.
• Target requires exact addresses with no jigging.
• All Target profiles are looped; the one-checkout setting does not apply.
• Avoid manual activity that uses the same submitted payment, billing, or shipping details.
• Target PO Box addresses may be flagged. Use a normal deliverable address when possible. A UPS mailbox may be an option if you need a separate deliverable address.
• Target preorder authorizations or temporary charges can drop off before the final charge. This does not automatically mean the order was canceled.
• Target “still loading” windows can indicate an IP ban. It may last about an hour, sometimes less or more.
• Target tracking numbers are sent by DM. Matched shipments also appear in the dashboard under Items Shipping.

Walmart

• Available to all members with current ACO access.
• Up to 5 Walmart profiles per member.
• Personal Walmart accounts are accepted.
• Walmart requires Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• Walmart does not run on our account pool.
• Walmart addresses must be used exactly as entered; do not jig them.
• Avoid manual Walmart activity on the same submitted account while ACO is running unless staff says otherwise.

Amazon

• Amazon uses the personal or business Amazon account you submit.
• The Amazon form requires Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• Amazon uses the default payment method, shipping address, and billing address saved on the Amazon account.
• Remove the phone number from the Amazon account entirely. The Amazon profile form does not require a separate phone number.
• Prime is recommended to avoid shipping charges and receive Prime-only pricing.
• Use a separate clean/new Amazon account for each submitted Amazon profile when possible, rather than reusing your main account. Use a separate billing method when possible.
• Do not jig your Amazon address.
• Amazon account warming is not a formal DropNotify ACO requirement. Correct login, account password, IMAP access, and default payment, shipping, and billing details matter most.
• Amazon can run 24/7 once loaded because there are no scheduled restocks.
• Looping checkouts cannot be disabled for Amazon. After a checkout, staff pauses the account; when restarted, it can become eligible again.

Sam’s Club

• Sam’s Club is limited to 1 profile per member.
• Sam’s Club uses one exact entered address; do not jig it.
• The Sam’s Club form requires Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
• IMAP access lets the bot retrieve login or verification codes from the inbox tied to the account.
• Plus memberships are preferred because they cover more drops.
• Staff usually targets the healthiest SKU for stability when multi-item Sam’s drops happen.

General ACO

• General ACO is a catch-all form for guest-checkout retailers that do not have a dedicated form.
• Current retailers include Ace Hardware, Books-A-Million, Macy’s, Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and Menards.
• Use the profile name format DiscordName-General-1, DiscordName-General-2, or DiscordName-General-3.
• There is no SKU selection. Staff chooses popular sets and new sets based on drop conditions.
• Products are intended to be under market, but MSRP or a specific percentage below market is not guaranteed.

Crunchyroll

• Use the Crunchyroll form with the account assigned to the profile.
• Use a physical payment card. Virtual cards may be declined or restricted.
• Use your Discord ID, not your username or nickname.
• Use the profile name format DiscordName-Crunchyroll-1, DiscordName-Crunchyroll-2, or DiscordName-Crunchyroll-3.
• Ultimate Fan membership is required for preorder drops.
• Mega Fan membership is required for non-preorder drops.
• Fan accounts are not accepted because they do not have access to the store.
• Do not manually run the same Crunchyroll account while it is assigned to ACO.
• DropNotify is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Bandai

• Bandai ACO uses your personal Bandai account.
• Valid login and email-verification information are required. Email verification is used to retrieve Bandai login codes.
• Use a physical payment card. Virtual cards may be declined or restricted by Bandai.
• Use your Discord ID, not your username or nickname.
• Select the game or games you want to run. There is no individual SKU selection.
• Use the profile name format DiscordName-Bandai-1, DiscordName-Bandai-2, or DiscordName-Bandai-3.
• Do not manually run the same Bandai account while it is assigned to ACO.
