How To Submit A Ticket

Use tickets when you need staff help with ACO setup, forms, account issues, PAS fee questions, checkout disputes, or anything that should be handled privately. Use the dashboard first when the action is available there. Profiles, SKU elections, shipping items, transactions, Stripe PAS invoices, and checkout disputes are all handled on the website.

How Tickets Work

  • Click Open A Ticket.
  • Choose the option that best matches what you need.
  • Add a clear description of the issue or request.
  • Staff will reply in your private ticket channel.
  • Do not open multiple tickets for the same issue unless staff asks you to.

Ticket Types

  • Use this for general ACO questions before something becomes a problem.
  • Good for setup questions, workflow questions, profile limit questions, deadline questions, or understanding how ACO works.
ACO Issues
  • Use this when something is wrong with an active ACO setup or checkout flow.
  • Good for urgent profile removals, repeated declines, account access concerns, checkout problems, shipment questions, or anything that needs staff review.
Form Questions
  • Use this when you need help filling out Pokemon Center, Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club, or Amazon forms.
  • Good for profile label questions, Sam’s Club or Amazon IMAP access questions, account-default questions, billing/shipping questions, or choosing the correct form.
PAS Fee Questions
  • Use this for Pay After Success fee questions, fee reviews, missing fee issues, or payment problems.
  • Normal PAS payment happens through Stripe invoices on the dashboard PAS page.
Other Questions
  • Use this when none of the other categories fit.
  • Include enough context for staff to route your request correctly.
