# Manual Checkout Guidelines

> When manual checkouts are allowed and what rules apply.

# Manual Checkout While Using ACO

You may still try manually while using ACO, but you must follow the retailer-specific restrictions below. These rules help protect ACO sessions, payment trust, account access, and your own manual orders.

## Pokemon Center

* Use different card information than anything submitted for ACO.
* Use a different email address than anything submitted for ACO.
* We recommend avoiding Pokemon Center accounts for manual checkout when possible. Accounts can glitch at checkout, and any email/account history connected to ACO-submitted emails can increase cancellation risk through Pokemon Center review systems.
* Use the finalized address details you prepared for manual checkout. Pokemon Center profiles can share the same base address, but each submitted profile must use a separate address jig. If you need address examples, read [Address Jigging](/profiles/address-jigging).

## Sam's Club

* Do not stay logged into the Sam's Club account submitted for ACO during a drop. Active manual sessions can interfere with 2FA and log the account out on our end.
* If ACO is running one Sam's Club SKU, do not manually run another online SKU on the same membership.
* This also applies to complimentary or household accounts, because they are tied to the same membership.
* You may still use your Sam's Club membership in-store if in-store and online drops happen on the same day.

## Target

* You may use any email address or Target account manually. Target ACO uses our accounts, so your ACO Target orders are not tied to your personal Target email.
* Do not use the same payment information you submitted for ACO.
* Do not use the same billing or shipping address you submitted for ACO.
* Target tracking numbers are sent by DM and may also appear in **Items Shipping** after tracking is matched.

## Walmart

* Walmart is available to all members with current ACO access, with up to **5 profiles** per member.
* Personal Walmart accounts are accepted; Walmart does not run on our accounts.
* Walmart requires Account Login, Account PW, and IMAP Access.
* Avoid manual Walmart activity on the same submitted account while ACO is running unless staff says otherwise.

## Amazon

* Amazon ACO uses the personal or business Amazon account you submit.
* We recommend using a different Amazon account and billing method than your main Amazon setup.
* Bot activity can cause soft bans or billing-method cooldown periods, which can stop orders on your main Amazon account if you reuse it.
* Keep your default Amazon payment method, shipping address, and billing address correct before ACO runs.
* Do not jig your Amazon address.
* Looping checkouts cannot be disabled for Amazon because it runs 24/7.

## When In Doubt

* If a situation is not covered here, open a ticket before the drop.
* If manual activity conflicts with ACO rules, your profile may not be run for that retailer.
