# Profile Rules

> What counts as a profile, profile limits, and submission standards.

# Profile Rules

A profile is one unique ACO run slot. Treat each profile as one account or one complete retailer setup that can be loaded and run independently.

## Profile Basics

* Submit one form per profile.
* Every form requires your Discord ID. Use `/profile_setup` in Discord to find this ID.
* Every profile needs a unique profile label.
* Do not combine multiple accounts or multiple retailer setups into one form.
* For account-based retailers, each profile should be a unique account.
* For Target, each profile uses our account pool but still needs unique submitted shipping and billing details.
* A profile can be removed or changed from the dashboard, but the change follows the weekly cutoff.
* You do not need to resubmit forms every week. Resubmit only if you deleted your existing profile/form or if a discrepancy caused a failed checkout and the profile needs to be corrected.
* Delete the old profile/form before submitting a replacement.

## Current Profile Limits

* Pokemon Center: up to **3 profiles** per member. Each requires a unique email address, unique payment method, and separate address jig.
* Target: up to **3 profiles** per member.
* Walmart: up to **5 profiles** per member with current ACO access.
* Sam's Club: **1 profile** per member.
* Amazon: use one clean account per submitted Amazon profile.

## Profile Labels

Use the format shown in the forms:

**DiscordName-Retailer-ProfileNumber**

Clean examples:

* **JohnDoe-Target-1**
* **JohnDoe-Target-2**
* **JohnDoe-PokemonCenter-1**
* **JohnDoe-Walmart-1**
* **JohnDoe-SamsClub-1**
* **JohnDoe-Amazon-1**

Do not include spaces in the profile label.

## Submission Quality

* Use the correct form for the retailer.
* Double-check spelling, ZIP codes, card digits, expiration dates, and account credentials.
* Use hard cards only. Do not submit VCCs or AMEX employee cards.
* Use cards with at least 1 year before expiration when possible.
* Do not post card numbers, passwords, app passwords, or login codes in Discord.
