# Member Dashboard

> What members can manage on the DropNotify ACO website.

# Member Dashboard

The member dashboard is where members manage the ACO items that do not need a Discord ticket.

## What The Dashboard Handles

| Section           | What It Is For                                                                                                                                          |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| My Profiles       | View profile status, open profile details, submit new profiles, stage deletions, or cancel staged deletions.                                            |
| My SKU Elections  | Save Target and Amazon run-group elections before the weekly cutoff.                                                                                    |
| Items Shipping    | View checkouts with tracking numbers, carrier links, received dates, and delivery status.                                                               |
| Transactions      | Review checkout history, status, price paid, quantity, total before tax, and total spend.                                                               |
| PAS               | Review Pending, Due, and Paid PAS items, issue Stripe invoices when the available balance reaches \$25, open hosted invoices, and view invoice history. |
| PAS Estimator     | Estimate PAS using 20% of spread, capped at item cost.                                                                                                  |
| Checkout Disputes | Report incorrect quantities, retailer-cancelled orders, or checkout issues that need review.                                                            |

## Weekly Cutoff

Profile changes, profile removals, and SKU elections are due every **Sunday at 12:00 PM CT**. Changes submitted after the cutoff are not used for the current week's run.

## Tracking

Target tracking numbers are sent by DM. When tracking is matched to your checkout, it can also appear under **Items Shipping**.

## When To Use Discord

Use Discord tickets for private support, urgent removals, account issues, fee questions, or anything the dashboard cannot complete.
